Model series necks with maple fretboards

I have had a model 1 and the neck was chunkier then the other model series necks, is it the same for say the model 4m, are the all maple necks thicker than the rest?

I have noticed a neck thickness difference between the maple neck models (1, 1C, 4M, etc.). Although it wasn't a huge difference, it was there. To me, they were all comfortable but none I would consider super thin.

I can't remember any difference at all between the necks of my M4 and M1.
