Kahler String Locks: 5513 (USA Made) vs. 7513 (Foreign Made)?

I'm looking at replacing the string lock on my model 4, but I noticed that Kahler makes two identical (spec wise) string locks that fit. One is the 5513, which is purely made domestically, and the other is the 7513 which has some parts made overseas.

My question is, has anyone dealt with both that can say if there's really a difference? I don't want to replace one pot-metal string lock with another, if the 7513 is shoddy in terms of build quality. The price is just 2x, so I want to make sure it's justified. Thanks!

Good question. I was just thinking about changing the string locks on my Model 6 also.
