Abuot to buy a 375 from a good friend who has worked the guitar to the max he put the George lynch mini humbuckers or whatever they are called he put a brass block and titanium string pinchers and a dimarzio distortion it a desert cracle I am paying 375 with a gig bag it in near mint just double checking with you charvel heads to reasure that I am gettin a good deal

A good deal depends on what you want. It would probably not be a good deal for me because I'm not that interested in it.

The price seems a little high to me without a case. Sure it's got upgrades, but I go for OEM setups.

It's up to you. Don't expect to flip it for a profit. Might be hard breaking even.

What I am saying is tha I an parting ways with my burgandt mist model 3 to fund this it's all original the 375 is bad ass it plays great better than the model 3 I just don't know what to do it's got the made in ger

Well my my main reason for doing this is to be able to gig the model 3 I would have to to pickups and put a ofr witch would put me at about 500$ in the guitar and the 375 I will not have to do anything to it

I agree with everything Don said. It's not a bargain, but if you like everything about it and won't have to put another penny into it, then it's not a bad deal for you.
