First one looks like a 375 Deluxe (1989-90), The second one is a model 4/

The second Model4 says its 1986 S/N 270243 sound about rite???

Unless that's a 86-87 transition model 4, it's a mutt. 86 model 4s had dot inlays but kahlers. 87 they started with the JT6 but added sharkies.

If the guitar was in the U.S., I'd lean toward it having a changed neck, but since it's in Oz I think it could just be a Japan-market model. It seems like you guys have as many of those as the models we're used to seeing around here. The starting price is great either way, imo.

Thomo, there's a guy on oz ebay selling a Legend at the moment. He's completely misinformed on the specs of it (made in the US, etc) but his starting price isn't ridiculous. If you point out what it really is, he might come down in price
