Nice. The white with the black headstock is a timeless look.

Heh...is that a hybrid of sorts?
It definitely has the Model 4 body, but given that it has a Floyd/JT-6 (can't tell from that pic) and not the flatmount Kahler that should have been on that guitar, it has me confused.

According to that neck, if it is an original Model 4, it would be a 1986 with a flatmount Kahler.
According to that trem, it would be a 1987/1988 with sharkfin inlays as opposed to dots.

Is that a Model 3/2 neck on a Model 4 body? That would make more sense to me.

In any case, COOL guitar, wish I had about a dozen of them!

The prudes may snub them, but I don't care.

If its tough, shreds, and screams, Its all good.
If it gets jacked, I'll get another one.

Not sure it is from the Australian market and the guy is the original owner he has not changed anything on the guitar.

it's a JT-6. It is possible that it's a transitional model and so has the licensed Floyd & still has dot inlays. Checking for stamps on the neck heel & pocket might tell more

I had to buy a case to get this shipped. The guy lives in Lismore and gave me the local Music store to source a case from. George from Planet music knows the guitar it is original he sold it to the guy I brought it from.

Well other than Vitamin G's explanation, there is no way that it is original.
