Would like to get some opinions on these. I am going to buy one to go with my Model 4. One of the things I believe is different are the trems. Seeing as how all of my other guitars have licensed Floyds I am leaning with the 650.

6 non recessed and a bit thicker of a neck. 650 has a really good trem. You really can't go wrong with either. -
I'm pretty sure the 650 is also non-recessed, but with a pullup rout. The trem is definitely better and you get a real locknut, most prefer the 5-way switch to the 3 mini-switches, and you get a matching headstock. I bet if the 650 came had the guitar-shaped logo, it would avg. $50 or more higher than the 6 on the used market rather than right about the same price. Having said that, my Model 6 (w/ofr) is one of my all-time favorite guitars.Comment
