Gorky Park guitar. What's the difference between these two?

There are two different Gorky Park guitars on sale on Ebay right now. I thought that all the Gorky Park guitars are Kramers, but there's a Charvel too on sale on Ebay.de. Is it a fake or did Charvel actually make Gorky Park guitars, too?
