If you're selling it, I'd leave any gluing to the new owner. It's most likely going to somebody who is either really handy or plans on taking it to a pro. Same with stripping paint, imo. (Not sure if you plan on it, but the question about the clear over the binding sounds like you might be.) Different people handle refins differently as far as how they strip, or whether they even strip it all the way down in the first place, so again, I'd leave that to the new owner if you're gonna sell.

Know what? For that kind of money and including the money you already have int it, that is NOT a bad idea to go through with it at all (if you have the money). I've seen them sell for up to $800 and OVER when they're in decent shape.
If I had the $, and wanted to keep it, I would go that route.I live on the edge of danger facing life and death every single day.....then I leave her at home and go disarm bombs.

Dude, don't touch it. I've been willing to help you with this, especially since you're local. The fretboard isn't "delaminating", it took a head shot and the fretboard separation is part of it. This isn't too difficult of a fix. Bring it by and I'll get it squared away for you. It just needs a good gluing, clamping, and a refret and then you can get it repainted if you like.
