Charvel Model 6 in need of some electrical work...how much $$ to fix?

This guitar is essentially my baby as I learned on this instrument more than any other that I currently own. It has been stored away in my closet for over 10 years because it ran into electrical problems.

The bridge humbucker has been replaced so I guess we will start there...gonna need a new one of those. Then again maybe the entire guts need replacing. I'm no guitar tech so I'm just looking for some feedback on how much this might cost me. The frets are pretty worn down so it's more than likely it also needs new frets...is it all worth it? Or should I just invest in a newer guitar?
