Would a new production Strathead neck-USA or MIJ- fit a 475 body?

that guitar looks tiny on you! Actually for a minute I thought that was Robbin Crosby RIP Im 6'0 and the 475 feels big! So is it really weenie-like to remove the pointy and go strat head? It would save the guitar as opposed to it gathering dust.....especially with the incoming pile o skulls( my first jackson). Thanks guys!

I just went through the same exercise, The pocket on the import is not quite 2.25", it .03" smaller, and that makes a diffference, and the MIJ necks are larger than 2.25", the one I odered from an ebay supplier was 2.32". I had to remove alot of material.
