I have a slime green pro mod that I modified for more of a vintage vibe that is very similiar to the photos above. I saw that someone is marketing these on that popular auction site (is it you?). Personally, I like them a lot and predict they'll sell quickly.

There is no "wrong" pro-mod. Some are just more right than others.

Old school, brass V-trem and hard tail in addition to Floyds would be cool.
Rosewood and/or Ebony boards. And add some pointy head stocks.

That's what I'd do, too! Zebra pups with the creme rings look great. I'd have the truss rod adjustment at the nut, too.

I'd keep them more or less the same, but add a hard-tail model and a v-trem model.

The Star would be a wildcard offered once every 2 years or so.

I'd also try to get an endorser or 3 for the line. Someone current.
