model 1 String Height

On a Charvel model 1, is there a certain height that the strings has to be off the fretboard, because of the radius of the neck? Or is it just preference on how high or low you want them to be?

Just high enough to not buzz pretty much where you like it.Don't lose my wrench BTW.LOL

It's a preference thing. Some people like strings really close to the frets for low action and fast soloing at the expense that if they hit the strings hard, you'll get buzzing.

I like big ringing power chords so I like my action a little higher than that.
