  • Charvel Mockingbird ?

I know there were links between Wayne and BC Rich, but what's this?

A neck through mockingbird with a Charvel headstock?

    anyone got any ideas?

    Parts mutt.
Model 2 neck on a Mockingbird body.
    Seriously doubt it's a neckthru.
Someone could have glued the neck in to give the appearance of a neckthru/set neck.

Agreed. Look at the trem route.

Total parts mutt. Cool but that's never gonna happen until (like the owner of that guitar) you make it yourself.

It's my guitar. I bought it from Grover himself back in '83. It is neck through. The trem has since been replaced.

There's a reason the neck joint is painted black... it was glued in.
I'll bet there's a shitload of filler under that paint too.
