  • Charvel Pro Mod Truss Rod Adjustment

    Hi All,

I'm putting together a project using a Charvel Pro Mod neck. I had to loosen the truss rod while working on the neck so when I install it I'll have to mess with it.

The good thing is that I put marks on the neck before and after I made the adjustments. It was a brand new neck removed from a Charvel when I bought it...

    My question is:
Is there any suggestions that can save me time adjusting the truss rod? It only has 1 adjustment at heel which means I'll have to keep removing the neck each time while I'm doing the setup...I'll be using 9-42's string which I think comes stock on Charvel's no a days..

I'm hoping I can put the truss rod back to where it was before I worked on the neck and it will be good..

Route a little channel in between the neck pup and the neck pocket. That should allow you to access it w/o taking the neck off.

      Thanks...

Do you know anyone who has done this? And any pics?

I've seen it before, but can't find pics.

Maybe someone here has something on file.
