Looks kind of like a Model 3A with a 1A neck (Maple no locknut), swapped out scratchplate and pup configuration (Was HSS) and swapped pot knobs. I don't what that bridge is, think it is from Model 2 to Model 3 series, but looks a bit funny, not a fulcrum bridge so maybe the whole thing is a 1A with an upgraded bridge.

Yes, looks like someone didnt want the 3 single coil config of the 1A and swapped out a pickguard and pickups for an H-H config. It would be interesting to see whats under the pickguard as the pickup rout of the 1A is very shallow and sometimes takes some modification to fit the humbuckers which usually hang deeper than the rout. Sometimes its done nice and sometimes its hacked up.
