475 Deluxe trade for my RR5?

I dont find myself playing my RR5 too much - it has a Duncan 59 neck, Dimarzio Super Distortion in the bridge and a hard case (white with black pinstripes).

I have been offered possible trades for either a Charvel 475 Deluxe (28 years old apparently) or a Tokai LS80 from 1984.
I'm interested in both those guitars, just wondered what you guys thought as I dont know anything about either of them.
Am I getting a good trade with either of those deals? Or is my RR5 worth a fair bit more than them?

a 475 deluxe is not 28 years old. they made them from 1989 to 1992.

Okay, thanks for the heads up. Its black anyway, and since I already have a black JDR-94 which I love, I'm looking more at his LS80 (which he says may be an LS60? Differences?)
