Which Charvel?

I'm thinking about getting another Charvel, but I'm wondering which would be the best bet? I currently have an '87 Model 6. Compared with this, how would you rate the following:
Recent MIJ San Dimas
MIJ Pro Mod
USA Pro Mod (I'm thinking the trans Kandy Magenta wildcard #1).

Ha! Yeah, there's a 'new' San Dimas going for $650, which seemed like a pretty good deal. It's not my first choice of color, though, and it's missing one of the locking nut thingies. I had a 15 minute play on it this afternoon, and the G string seemed to be slipping somewhat after bending (this string was locked). On the plus side, the neck felt very nice...

My go-to was always my '87 Model 4, but my USA San Dimas 1 2H is such a great playing and sounding guitar, my M4 has seen an awful lot of wall hanging time.

My advise- get the cheapest pro mod you can find and have it painted. The jap pro mods are just as good if not better than their usa counterparts. The quality coming out of that japanese factory is unreal!
