ISO Charvel ATX Bass HELP

I have gotten a Charvel ATX acoustic/electric bass. It is missing the onboard preamp. If anyone has one, I need it badly...really badly. Here is a pic of what I am looking for. Also, are these made in Japan?

Did you get one? I have a 150SEC that has the same preamp. It looks like I broke the connection to the 1/8" jack and now I can't figure out how it attaches to the circuit board. If you have one (or if you grab the one on ebay) could you post a clear picture of the back of it, showing the circuitboard? I could look at that and probably figure where to solder the jack back on. I've searched everywhere on the web and can't find a pic or a wiring diagram. That's how I found the one on ebay. Thanks, have fun with the bass. Cool looking guitar, I have no idea how they play or what they sound like, though.
