Kind of a rare find: Japan market CDS 45

Craigslist find from about a year ago. Was such a good deal that I didn't much care at the time what model it was and never got around to looking it up until now having gotten curious about the headstock shape. Anyway, this is what a CDS045 looks like. Assuming it was the least appointed of the cds' or at least less so than the 55, 65, 70, 75, 80, & 90.
