snagged it for $650 on gearpage.
I have to say, this guitar absolutely rocks! It was "used" but there wasn't a scuff on it. Right out of the FedEx box,this thing played perfectly. Took it to band practice that day and it won over the other guitarist, who's got a really nice Les Paul and G&L Tele. He couldn't put it down and is thinking about ordering himself one.
The neck radius is really big which I love, the simplicity of the controls is right up my alley. Theres nothing I hate more than multiple knobs. I hardly ever fuck with the tone knob seriously, and the single coil in the neck seems to be what I've always wanted in a guitar, just never thought to try it out.
The grover tuners keep everything in tune after a 3 hour wank fest, slamming on the strings. This guitar really slays. Not sure what they normally retail for new, and I only just found out about this Wild card series last week, but this thing plays much better than a $650 guitar.
Love the unfinished neck too! anyone else got one of these?
