First post on this site, have a question about putting a wild card 7 neck on a so cal

So there's this body on ebay that comes with all hardware and there's also a wild card 7 neck that comes with all the hardware, I don't know why on earth someone would take apart each guitar but since the other part of each has sold I'm left to think, "Whoa...can i put that neck with this body and have a wicked charvel? :think:". So what do you guys think? From what i can tell the Normal neck and the Wild card 7 neck are the same specs other than the color of the headstock and fingerboard wood. Also wondering if ill run into trouble with the wild card 7 normally having a recessed Floyd rose and the pro mod body having a non recessed Floyd.
By the way im new to these forums as a member but have been around for a couple months just watching and reading.

so I'm thinking if these will go together it would even cost less than a normal pro mod.

Yes, they'll go together. The reason they part them out is because the parts sell faster than the whole guitar, so they make more money.

thanks man This is my dream guitar! now im just wndering about the floyd rose because the so cal has a non recessed and the wild card has a recessed, will that mess with the neck?

No issues with the neck. The body neck pocket is adjusted to match the trem mount method, not the neck.

Yea man but i have multiple cases i dont use for it. But thanks i was wondering about the neck pocket! you guys here are such a help!
