Mij pro mod question.

Strange question but can anyone with a mij pro-mod tell me if the hardware that came with it was in a sealed plastic bag or a zip lock? I found a seller who is selling one as new in box but the though the hardware bad was a sealed plastic bag you would have to tear open? Not a rectangular zip lock. Thanks just want to ensure he is being honest.
