They've just used pics of the MIJ Pro-Mods where the models have similar specs / colours for now by the looks of things, but it certainly seems to suggest Mexican Charvels on the horizon. Hopefully there'll be some concrete evidence at NAMM.

What does that price add up to in USD? Roughly $1100?

If they use the Fender line that has been cranking out the Pawn Shop and Classic Player stuff, they will be good guitars.

What Floyd are they using? It feel like quality?

Same Floyd as the us and Japanese versions

I'm certainly looking forward to seeing what MIM stuff is like for Charvel. I'm hoping for an MIM AS.

This is good to hear. Re-starting the pro mod line in Mexico seemed to be the logical move, since I couldn't see Charvel abandoning their heritage entirely in favour of the Desolation style guitars. I've always liked the Pro Mods, and even though I've never bought one it's been good to know that they're available if I happen to get that itch.
                              I like maple fretboards. :P
