    I've seen this on other guitars too. Notably the Fredrick Akesson sig from PRS. He primarily plays with the bridge pickup and wants the volume control close to hand. Made sense when he explained it.

    Some of the Mexi Fenders are quite nice guitars. And plenty have given favourable opinions of their new Charvels right in this thread. I judge a guitar on its merits rather than the place that it was built.

      Some of the foreign companies are outsourcing their work too. Just because it is Korean, it still may be Chinese. lol
