    Hey guys,

my name is René (31), I'm from germany and I already took a look in this board before. (...great Forum by the way!)

I think to buy this beauty:

For me everything seems to be legit, what do you think? (I think the finish ist called "Electric Blue", right?

    Thank you!

    kind regards,
    René

The guy said he stripped off a sticker from the back of the headstock. Wasn't it under the finish?

On the MIJ's, they come with a Made in Japan sticker on the back of the headstock. It's on top of the finish so it just peels off. I've taken it off both of mine and there's no damage.

It looks pretty legit from the photos - nothing that raises any questions I can see. they're great guitars. I love my snow white SD!

          Cheers (also from Germany)

                  Thank you, guys!
I love Ratt's music. Especially the "Out of the cellar" LP! Robbin's style is a bit more bluesier than Warren's. For the NAMM '16 Jackson should bring out a Double Rhoads or Firebird model. Those 80s axes are definitely killer!
Well, I used to own a japanese Pro Mod San Dimas in Ferrari Red five years ago but sold it (pretty dumb, I know!!!)...
The neck was the most comfortable neck I ever did play on. Now, it's time for my vacation pay and I wanted to buy me that Charvel again.

Is there a Quality difference between the mexican made and the japanese ones?

I've played both and had to choose. Ended up with the Japan version. The fret ends were much nicer and just felt like a better build. Oh btw nice axe! Mine is a Ferrari Red!
