Hello, i am looking to buying this guitar, but i am not finding much info about it - a 1995 sd-75. Is it called another way?

The guy said the original owner was a luthier that bought the guitar in japan. Bellow the actual pics of the guitar.
























Please help, i am finding strange no neckplate and serial on the back of the neck. Is this ok is this a good guitar?

Was available in Japan for the Japanese market only.

It is a low budget guitar. I don't think I'd pay more than $75-$100 for it personally. If it's something you want, maybe $125 tops? I dunno.
