...so I bought another Charvel, after selling my last super strat like 4 years ago. Tried a few in the store, most were alright, but this one was different.... Sounded great, awesome neck, perfect fretwork, felt solid...

I haven't touched my vintage Gibsons in months. :O It's fun to have a high output bridge pickup and a Floyd again.

Neck-thru is wonderful, but it's overrated. And I like the various modern superstrat body/neck heel relief options... my ESP, CS Charvel and Fender Deluxe all have their own design but they're all effective... my Charvel even has the lower horn beveled (which I didn't know if I would really like), and combined with the angled neck plate, just a joy to play. it doesn't take much to improve access.
