I have never seen any of the model series with birdseye but I have one from 95 with a strat head that does. I will have to take it down from the roof to get a neck shot.I will get you one tomorrow.

I've seen a couple with a very light birdseye... nothing you would pay extra for though.

Are you talking about the back of the neck itself or just the fingerboard?

Full neck, got a CDS 090, friend picked it up in a pawn shop in Tokyo. Laughed when I opened the box. Trying to sort how to post photos from an iPad now......
