Rainbow crackle and fire crackle questions

I'm starting to look for a couple charvels in these colors. I'd like to have some info and maybe some pics if any of you have them on neck through models. Is the neck paint comfortable? On which models where these colors used? Which years?

i've seen a few firecrackle model 6 charvels...only seen a few pics of rainbow crackle model 6's...year should be around 1988...d.m.

Neck is very comfortable. You can feel the "crackle" in the finish but I doubt it will affect your playing, I find them extremely smooth/fast...here's my pair along (minty '88 + modded '88 Model Sixes) with an '86 Model 5.
