Charvette by Charvel identifying help!

I have this Charvette by Charvel and I have no idea which model it exactly is. It pretty much looks the same as Model 3. Can you help me to really identify this guitar?

Looks like the Charvette 250 to me...'89 maybe '90.
My first J/C was the 150 back around 1990 which is very similar to the 250 except for the H/S pickups instead of H/S/S, and they have a different toggle style. Low priced entry level models, mine was upwards of $300 Canadian back then.

They weren't Japanese long before moving to Korea.
