Seller is stating its all original. My Googling is coming up with all black hardware for the black San Dimas and black So Cals. Anybody know firsthand if the black finishes came with chrome hardware?

Yes, I have one of those (MIJ). It has the JB/'59 directed mounted (I much prefer this), 3-way toggle, chrome Floyd, and rolled fretboard edges on the maple fretboard. The neck and frets are simply perfect! Highly recommended.

I believe Japanese Pro Mod San Dimas guitars came with chrome hardware. The Japanese Pro Mod So-Cal came with black.
Some of the photos in the Google search for "Charvel Pro Mod San Dimas Japan" (linked below) show the Japanese San Dimas with chrome.
Specifically, the black Japanese San Dimas also had chrome hardware:
