Question about the snakeskin finish on the Demartini

Guys,

The snakeskin finish is paint, right? There doesn't appear to be a clear coat on top, so is it OK just to use a standard guitar cleaner/polish?

Should be a satin topcoat.

Standard cleaning techniques unless you have his original, which had a real snakeskin! A bit problematic for maintenance, though.....
