Model 1C, what other necks would fit?

Would any other necks be a direct fit for a model 1c? Im just looking at whats on ebay and theres a Fusion neck and a TX neck. Would either fit a Model 1C body? Any input is appreciated. Thanks

If I'm not mistaken it will have to be a Model series neck. 2 and 1/4 inch neck heel width if I remember correctly. I can't remember if the Toothpaste logo necks were 2 and a 1/4 or not.

I don't think the Fusion neck will work because they were a shorter scale if I recall correctly.

I'm pretty sure the Model 4 neck will work.

Yes, all Model series necks will work.

I haven't tried it yet, but I also venture a guess that my Charvel Pro-Mod So-Cal necks would also fit onto my Charvel Model 1C body, given that the Pro-Mods and the Models 1-4 are Strat bodies. I haven't measured the neck pocket.

ie - Maybe worth looking into Charvel Pro-Mod necks.

Yeah I was considering those two. There is a Model 4 neck that has a blue headstock on eBay. I may give that a try. Should be a direct fit, right ?i think it's from a model 4A to be more exact.

Yes, any of the variants of the Model 1, 2, 3, and 4 should work.

Also realized the Jackson RR3 neck might work. Because here is a Strat-style neck on an RR3 body, so I also imagine that it works the other way around (RR3 neck on a Jackson/Charvel Strat body). http://www.jcfonline.com/threads/149...l-Pro-Mod-mutt

Also realized a Jackson Adrian Smith neck would likely work.

Basically, we might be able to generalize that any Jackson/Charvel 22-fret neck would mate well with the neck pocket of a Model Series body, and the guitar will not have intonation issues either.

Here are the specs to the Musikraft strathead neck I put on my Model 2 a long time ago (circa 2006). It fit like a glove. Great neck, and I still have it.
