Hello forum!
I have got a charvel SoCal made in Japan (2011) and I’ve got it used. The previous owner changed pickups but they are quite “weak” and I think I need to replace them. I play death metal ( think of a mix between death and btbam). I know it is not the perfect guitar for the genre but I like it and I want to give it another chance before selling it hence the question: what pickups should I have to mount to have a good low-mid range response and a powerful lead tone?
