DId you check with neighbors first, making sure they didn't pick it up for you? If not, make a claim with that courier or call the police.Comment

Well, legally it doesn't matter. It is their responsiblity to verify the identity of whoever is signing. If they don't, and the signature turns out to be a forgery (which it obviously is in this case), then the courier owes you a guitar.Comment

Yep ... I have had deliverers sign for my items and leave them out in the open. Just too lazy to stop by the apt front office and leave it there.Comment
