MIM Charvel with protruding locking screws

Hey!

Please help ID this MIM Charvel…Never seen one like that, serial is MC13 so should be a 2013, but I’ve never seen one with the screws exposed..anyone?

The screws may be loose and just need to be tightened. Or maybe it fell/took a hit somehow and the nut got pushed in. Really strange.
