What woods did they use on model 6's

I have a used model 6 and it seems to be much heavier then other jackson and I heard that they didn't use alder for them. The serial number is C804255. Does anybody know what kind of wood its made from?

You may want to ask the appropriate Charvel section. This one is for USA Charvels.

I looked in to this about a week ago maple neckthru poplar bodiy wings in import charvel forum "87-88 model 6/5a?"

Wriong section, but AFAIK mostly poplar. Tonally very similar too alder, but a tad heavier
