Hi everyone. I have a 475 Deluxe Exotic bought new in 1990. This is the only charvel I've owned/played. How does it compare to other makes/models?

That's a broad question. There are several Charvels in the "spectrum". (no pun intended) Each model has their own qualities as well as deficiencies.
I will say that in the scheme of things the 475DLX is an upgrade of the Model 4. Both are great guitars in their own right.Occupy JCF -

The 475 is one of my all-time fav Charvels, I think it and the 650 Custom were definite upgrades over the previous "Model" series guitars due to better hardware. Got any pics? I always wanted the exotic but couldn't find one within my price range back then.Comment

I have a 475 Deluxe and it is a great guitar. I've grown more attached to it, so it is a keeper for me. What is it that you're looking for a comparision with (ie, contruction/design/sound)
