Thanks for the kind words everyone. I agree with many others in that it is just as diffucult in this area to find any good deals on anything, not just Charvel/Jacksons. Everything in this area starts with a "F", "G" or "P". I did find a Tiesco Del Ray (spelling ?) for $199.99. It was the most expensive "fire starter log" I have ever seen. I received the Heavy Spring Kit from Axeparts and will be installing it this weekend. So far, I like the Kahler. I was never a big trem user anyway and the Kahler seems a little easier to use.

man, I love Kahlers, a local Guitar Center had a midnight blue Model 6 with a Kahler some years ago for only $400, but i couldn't afford it at the time, i really wanted it in my stable next to my red Model 6...but indeed, that is a nice score!
