not an expert but I believe they came thru with the same pups as the model 6 so i think YES?

The JE1200 boost circuit is what makes it seem active on both models, the pups themselves are passive with the singles being J200's stacked singles.

for the record, the singles sound like crap, and the HB as well with the midbooster in the circuit, but if you put the J50BC that is in the bridge in the neck of another guitar without the midboost (like I did in the neck of my charvel 750xl) it sounds really nice... was really surprised about that

yeah, the J200 is not my fav for Charvel/Jackson pickups.
The J50BC is a decent sounding pup on its own.
