• Who has the Star?

Does anyone know who here currently owns that import Charvel Star with the reverse headstock and lighning bolt graphic? I remember it was being sold back and forth for awhile between board members here, and I was just wondering who has it now.

Yeah, I wanted to grab that off JG Cable when he sold it but I was short the money at the time. I don't remember who wound up with it.

It's on ebay right now, or one just like it.

Didn't the one that's been passed around like Sweet Connie have a black OFR added?

This guitar appears to be back in my area. A good friend of mine just bought it. It must be the same guitar. It has the added pot but now it sports a reverse headstock Warmoth neck with a small vintage gold Charvel logo. I actually have a chance to get it back from him. He isn't into pointy bodies.

LOL, I had that guitar for awhile too. had a killer neck on it - held a really low action!

Yea Pete, me too but now it has a Warmoth neck on it. I generally don't dig Warmoth necks for some reason.

Sounds like that guitar's been passed around more than some backstage bettys. Where will the next sighting be?

Heh, I almost bought it at one point but the price was kinda high for a MII axe. IMO.
