A friend sent a few picks of this charvel with the model/actress/stripper/bar fly, but this is the only one I could post. The other pictures has her showing um.... where babies come from. What model is it?

I believe it's a Charvel 5FX, but it's pretty well hidden. I had to look at that picture for a long time to spot it.
