A bit of a bitsa. Looks to me to be a Model 4 body, neck from a model 3M (maple board). The Model 4 would have originally had a rosewood board and sharkfin inlays.

Hmmm I thought I asked before about what Model series had a maple neck and I was told only the Model 1 had a maple neck stock and any designations such as Model 2M or Model 3M were strictly modded Model 1 necks with the lock nut added. I'd love a Model 3A or Model 2 with a Maple neck. Still looking...
Holy Damn !
that guitar sold for $406.
Is that the going price for a Model 4 these days?
I only payed $118(that was total with tax if i remember right) with the original case. Was missing the original humbucker and electronics but did have an EMG 81 installed.
Is this a Model 4 also? The pickups look different (don't say "Jackson" on them)... With the toothpaste logo, is it called a 450? What years were these made?
The neckplate also looks a little different.

I wouldn't be "worried" about them. It's not like they're going to attack you or anything. Someone had just replaced the stock pickups. Pickups ain't no thing.. You can always find replacements.
