But I think that the Charvel 750xl might be the best guitar ever made. Both of my two are absolute shred machines and they feel absolutely perfect to me. The neck fits my hands. I love the short scale. Tone for days and they resonate like crazy. Every time I think about getting another guitar, I have to wonder how it could get any better than the 750xl. They might actually have edged out my 650xl for my go to guitars. Maybe I should just get more of them and experiment with different pickup combos....... [img]/images/graemlins/idea2.gif[/img]

Well, the 750XL is the only Charvel I own. While I have many Hamer shredders (favorite is my Californian Elite w/EMGs) I tend to use the 750XL for the clean parts (though I think the original Jackson pickups in it are for pussies, maybe that's why I recently use it for pussy music only)

Yes, the 750 is a fine guitar. I've used the name for my email and JCF handle forever, and for good reason. They really are better than the Jackson AT Pros. The flame is better, the necks are better, the tone is better, the playability is better. And I've owned them all, even USA AT Soloists, they don't compare. All hail the almighty 750!
