I prefer to have them with the maple fretboards. Though I do have one with a rosewood board. (thanks to surfdork)

How hard would it be to convert the Wilkenson to a OFR or Schaller JT590? New posts need to be drilled?

Yes the posts are way wider for a floyd. Im not sure about the rout though.

Thanks Carbuff, I will pass on this Jackson then, I have too many projects going as it is. Will be a nice guitar for someone who likes Wilkensons.
