    Wiring a Predator..Need some Help!

    I recently acquired an early Predator. The wiring has been rigged and I simply cannot get it right. It seems the switch was wired incorrectly and even though I have tried various combinations I cannot get it right. At this time, if the neck pickup is wired up I get the neck and bridge in the bottom position on the switch and neck only in the middle and top position. I lovre the guitar (especially after putting in a Tone Zone in the bridge) but I would really like to have the neck P/U to use. Does anyone have a Predator that they can shoot some pics of the switch and pot wiring for me to compare to? I have tried looking for schematics...but I couldn't find any. I would also prefer a real picture to compare it to. I can solder, but I am no luthier!

        Its HB and single, one volume and no tone.

          Im not 100% sure about the switch, thats the standard Tele switch wiring, I think that'll work though. Ask questions if you got them.

            I will give that a shot. My switch is different...it has the contacts staggered..they are front and back, not all in a line on the same side.

              I wired it up according to the diagram. The only position that I do not have is the middle, out of phase, position. While I would like to have it...I am not going to cry about it. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
