Re: Original Model Series Prices?

Funny how it seems the lower end models retained more of their original prices I have noticed on Ebay. I see people bidding $200 for a Model 1 and then a Model 5 will go just over $300...

Just my luck I am wanting a Model 1, Model 2 or 3A and seems those are in demand now...

      Stunning ain\'t it?

I paid GBP300 used for my '87 Model 3 back in late '91 (no case or whammy bar), US$420 for my NOS Model 5A in 2001 in Bangkok (no case or whammy bar[1]), and US$315 for my NOS Model 3B (including OHSC) here in KL last month.

      1) Where are they all? There must be a pile of old Charvel cases & whammy bars somewhere that's big enough to see from orbit

          Re: Original Model Series Prices?

i got my '87/'88 model 4 for around $675 w/ a case brand new when i was in high school and i still have it. it is a heavy beast! i refinished it in BMW silver and put all new OEM parts on it and had the frets leveled and polished recently. she is like new again! now the wiring is my next project.
