Re: Guitar logo necks

Looks to be a short scale fusion.Same body contours.Same neck pickup location of my fusion H-H.Trem route is very Charvette like in that the trem sits a little forward of the route.Cool none the less.
Really? well screw Mark Twain.

It looks a bit, like mine fusion plus trans white. I guess that the owner, replaced the toothpaste logo for a classic charvel logo.

It could possibly be one of the early ones, from what I've heard, a few escaped with the guitar logo.

I know nothing, but the trem looks wrong for that route.

Yeah, I agree, but it is possible that it may have had a JT-6. The route is similar to those found on the Model 3DR.

I wouldn't say that it's a problem. It's functional. Aestetically it just doesn't work. IE - Angled baseplate / squared routing

*offtopic*

It would seem that we now have 2 of these, or?? Now I´m really starting to think it´s an obscure European or Japanese model....

Yeah that's what I'm thinking as well. Unfortunately we don't have catalogs available for these.

The first generation Charvel imports were the Model Series. The second series of guitars was known as the Contemporary Series.

The contemporary series was a range within the Charvel brand at the time. It comprised of the Predator, Legend and Spectrum. The other groups were the Pro Series, Fusion Series and Classic Series.
The only Guitar that I remember with the offset dots was the Fusion Plus which was fitted with the JT590 (Schaller) Bridge. I have never seen or heard of however, this particular Guitar Model with the old logo in England so I doubt very much that it's from a special Edition for our market.
