That's strange. I've got the little catalog/flyer from when they first came out. It says Pearly Gates and two Li'l Screamin' Demons for both the Model A Plus and A Plus K. Pull them out and see what's marked on the back.

i might need to do that. the text i found on the web said JB in the bridge. i like the tone it has and i'm guessing that the PG pup i have in my SLS sounds different due to the maple top and the Charvel having a koa top is just different. i'll post when i get a chance to pull the pup.
the lil' demons just haven't impressed me yet - but i'm a patient guy.
