How long do you think we have to still buy affordable import Charvels from the '80s-early 90's? It seems that the prices have started to go up over the last couple of months even. I am sure there will always be pawnshop and garage sale scores....but I think collectors are catching on. It is too bad that I didn't decide to start buying these last year when my income was much stronger...I would have a nice collection by now. I hope there is still time.

People may infact "collect" import Charvels. But collectors will never seek them out. They are quite abundant and still (always) inexpensive compared to the ones made in USA. This is a good thing for those who dig 'em. A 650 is a Jackson Soloist. But you can get one for $400 or so. A Jackson Soloist could be well above that price...
